Vendor Conference Package 2 - Standard - $475.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
Package includes:

• Exhibit Space (Booth will be in the exhibitors and refreshment area)
• Meals and refreshments for (1), that are furnished for the APIA conference attendees.
• A print ad appearing in the conference program
• A membership directory spreadsheet for your marketing needs upon receipt of payment
Artwork requirements are as follows:

• Width 6.249" x height 3.472"

• A logo banner ad on the home page which is a click through to your website.
• A larger ad on the member's only resource page which is a click through to your website and included in the conference handout.

• Exhibit space (Booth in exhibitor's and refreshment area) signage displayed in Vendor reception and main conference room area.
• Meals and refreshments for ( 2 )(furnished for the APIA conference attendees)
• A Print ad in the conference program
• A membership directory spreadsheet for your marketing needs upon receipt of payment.

•Speaking at Annual Conference, 1 - 50-minute CE class.
Class must be interesting and informative (NOT An INFOMERCIAL) Please

•Prominent position placement of display booth adjacent to assumed traffic path of attendees.
•Frequent acknowledgement of Sponsorship level by Speaker introduction officers.
