12:00 P.M - 12:50 P.M. —, WELCOME FROM APIA PRESIDENT, Jim Casteel, INTRODUCTION OF BOARD & VENDORS (Call for Last minute nominations)

12:50 PM - 01:00 -10 Minute Break- Visit your vendors!

01:00 -1:50 Speaker TBA

1:50 P.M. - 2:10 P.M. — 20 min break Visit your vendors!

 2:10 PM – 3:50 -speaker TBA

3:50 PM - 4:10 PM -- 20 Minute Break- Visit your vendors!

4:10 PM -5:00 PM speaker (1hour) TBA

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Free time; Members are welcome to hang around and visit with the vendors or get to know each other, reception will start at 6:00 PM.

 

6:00 P.M. -8:00P.M. —Vendor Reception Mingle and visit your vendors!  

The entertainment will be announced, food and cash bar and great atmosphere.

This is a great time to visit with our sponsors and get to know some of the nominees for board positions.
