  Members, 

  As the 2024-2025 APIA President, I am excited to announce our upcoming Quarterly Meeting on July 29, 2025.  The Board of Directors (Office holders only) meeting will be held at 10:00 AM and the Membership Meeting (General Membership) will begin at 11:00 AM.  

  There will be a two (2) hour CLE from Noon to 14:00.

  In order to accommodate all of our membership, you will be receiving two invitations to attend the meeting. 

  This invitation and registration is for IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE.

  If you wish to attend VIRTUALLY, please DO NOT register from this email.  Instead, check your email for a similar invitation for virtual attendance.  This will allow for an accurate food count for those attending In-Person.  Lunch to be provided during the CLE. 

  We are using a slightly larger meeting room next door to our previous quarterly meetings.  Due to the subject matter of the CLE, I anticipate seating to be limited to less than 40 people for In-Person attendance.  Due to this, we will be unable to accommodate individuals and guests who are not current APIA members.

  As the 2024-2025 APIA President, I am excited to announce our upcoming VIRTUAL Quarterly Meeting on July 29, 2025.  The Board of Directors (Office holders only) meeting will be held at 10:00-1050 AM and will have it's own private ROOM number on GoTO Meeting. The Membership Meeting (Open to everyone) and CLE will begin at 11:00- 14:00 and will have it's standard APIA General Meeting ROOM Number.

  We will offer a two (2) hour CLE beginning at NOON.

  This invitation and registration is for VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE.

  If you wish to attend in person, please do not register from this email.  Instead, check your email for a similar invitation for In-Person attendance.  We are trying to get an accurate count for the food that will be provided during lunch.  By registering from this invitation, you will not be included in the meal count.     

  Your VIRTUAL format experience will be similar to that of the Annual Conference where members will be able to ask questions in real time and see the speaker and Power Point slides.

  Alabama’s 2025 conference will be held in the beautiful city of Huntsville, AL.

  Lots of fun is to be had at our two-hour vendor social event Monday at 18:00 Sept. 29, which will include food, music, and a cash bar. Vendors will have plenty of time to meet with attendees between speakers and during breaks. Dine with members during Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday.

  Please notice the actual dates and times of each session. This schedule is intended to aid in reducing stress, cost and time and still accommodate max CE opportunity. All but the most extreme cases should be able to drive in Tuesday morning grab lunch and come to the Conference. Then Thursday grab lunch on your own and drive home in the afternoon. Please supply feedback on how this schedule affects you personally.

  If bringing a spouse/guest, please add them to your registration so that we can cover food costs.
